Website use - Content on this site is for general information. We may update or remove it without notice. - You may not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or introduce malware).

Services - Descriptions of services, timelines, and pricing on the site are indicative. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables are set out in a written agreement. - Client materials and third-party licences remain the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Intellectual property - Site content, branding, and designs belong to WEB24BD or our licensors unless transferred under a project contract. - Portfolio case studies may describe work delivered for clients; client trademarks remain their property.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEB24BD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid project work, liability terms in the signed agreement apply.

Governing law These website terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless a project agreement says otherwise.
